Tannery Gate Tower Co-op is a seven storey high-rise building with 103 apartments. The Co-op has one and two bedroom apartments, including five that are wheelchair accessible. The building was completed and families, seniors, and single individuals began calling it home in 1996. We are centrally located in Mississauga’s charming village of Streetsville, and within walking distance of the main street with shops, restaurants and banks.

The co-op has two elevators, two levels residential underground parking, a recreation room with a kitchen, and a laundry room with five washers and five dryers. Each apartment comes equipped with a refrigerator and stove, self regulated air conditioning and heating, hardwood floors, and a solarium.

The Co-operative Corporations Act of Ontario governs the Co-op, therefore residents are members, not tenants. The members of Tannery Gate Tower Co-op elect five of its members to the Board of Directors, whose job is to govern and manage the co-operative.
